Form 4 - Practical Fish


These are the results of the Form 4 practical. They all were very well prepared and as you can see from the results they did an amazing job. 
WELL DONE to ALL!

This is a very healthy and tasty fish 'pie', it is a bit like a Shepherd's pie but using a delicious fish mixture.

  1. Dish No. 1 is mine. My name is Onishia Muscat a form 4 student. This dish contain leaks, white fish, peel of a lemon, flour, mushrooms, fish stock, cauliflower, peas and mashed potatoes. I think I did a great work. :)

  2. Dish No. 4 is mine. I am Nicole Mifsud, and I am a student of Form 4. This meal contains a grouper fish in tomato salsa, black olives, capers, onion and garlic. I also prepared a boiled potato, side salad and some brown bread for variety
    In my opinion I did great :p

  3. Dish Number 8 and number 9 are mine. I am Sara Anne Galea and I am a student of Form 4 from St. Monica School Gzira. This main course dish contains a mixture of different types of fish, pasta, fish stock, cream and a bit of kunserva. My drink contained fresh strawberries, strawberry yoghurt and milk. In my opinion I did a good job :) Thank you.

  4. Dish No.6 is mine. I am Martina Vella of Form 4. This meal contain Salmon fish cakes which are not fried, Rice Salad with tomato, a small piece of pepper and a grated carrot and boiled cauliflour with home made white sauce. Picture 5 shows a handmade card I made especially for my father. Picture 15. show me making the Salmon fish cakes. I think I did a great job in this practicle and I enjoyed doing it as usual.
