Form 3 - Pasta practical

I think when serving spaghetti bolognese it is best NOT to mix the sauce before served. The spaghetti should be placed on the plate and then the sauce is then gently placed in the middle. A spring of parsley on top of the sauce and some paprika or dried parsley sprinkled on the edge of the plate will add some more colour.
